  • OVERVIEW

Precise sampling – flexible, reproducible, and reliable

Material-dependent settings – based on physical and rheological properties: All settings (speed, operating mode, timer, feed intensity) are explicitly related to the physical and rheological properties of the material to be divided – e.g. grain size, grain shape, density, surface texture, and moisture content. This ensures that the sample division process is consistently aligned with the actual flow behavior.

Variable speed for maximum representativeness:The adjustable rotation speed adapts optimally to different bulk materials, flow properties, and throughputs, ensuring that each sample reliably represents the entire product stream.

Reproducible sample quality: By specifically adapting to the material-dependent flow behavior, the probability of each particle becoming part of the sample remains constant – for statistically reliable and comparable results.

Continuous and timer-based operation: Choice of continuous sampling or time-controlled procedures for standardized applications in the laboratory, quality assurance, and development.

Standardized processes for consistent quality standards: Identical boundary conditions for each sampling enable reliable standard procedures and consistent results across measurement series, users, and locations.

Controlled material feed for consistent conditions: The coordinated control of the feed chute and sample divider supports a consistent material flow and reduces flow-related fluctuations—especially with demanding or poorly flowing bulk materials.

Gentle sampling for sensitive materials: Adjusted speeds and conveying intensities minimize mechanical stress and protect the material structure of high-quality or sensitive products.

Wide-range power supply: All common voltage ranges are automatically covered – for stable, voltage-independent operation without conversion or additional devices.

Can be used worldwide: Reliable speed control and constant operating conditions – regardless of the local power supply.

One device – many applications: Flexible adaptation to different products, sample quantities, throughputs, and peripheral devices – without mechanical modifications.

  • WORKING PRINCIPLE

    Centric sample feeding

The sample feed funnel of the LABORETTE 27 guides the sample material centred onto the point of the rotating cone. The rapid rotation of the entire system accelerates the sample material outwards along its surface and divides it through up to 30 guiding channels into chemically and physically precisely identical subsamples. Your advantage: greatest division precision during sample division for the best possible accuracy and representative samples. For the division of liquid samples, the funnel is simply repositioned for eccentric division.

  • EQUIPMENT / ACCESSORIES

    Dividing heads for every material

Select exactly the right dividing head for your LABORETTE 27 as an accessory according to your application in the division ratios of 1:8; 1:10 or 1:30 made of stable POM plastic. Anodised aluminium dividing heads – 1:8 and1:10 – are available for materials and suspensions with abrasive properties. And for especially aggressive solids and suspensions, the resistant PTFE-coated aluminium dividing head 1:30 is also available.

Each dividing head of the LABORETTE 27 is delivered with a funnel of 10 mm diameter, the dividing heads with division ratios of 1:30 are additionally supplied with a 5 mm funnel. There are also funnels of 15 mm and 22 mm diameter for perfect adaptation to the respective particle size available. Special funnels for suspensions are also available.
FRITSCH also delivers glass collecting vessels in different sizes from 15 ml to 500 ml for up to 4 litres total volume – dishwasher-safe and therefore particularly easy to clean.
Also available are our specially developed plastic inserts with 32 ml volume for insertion into the 250 ml and 500 ml sample bottles as well as sample tubes made of PS with 5 ml volume for smallest quantities.
